3After Work Has Started

Once work has commenced on your project, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. This includes situations where the client changes their mind, no longer needs the website, or is dissatisfied with the direction of the project.

4Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@bogzone.com. The date of the written request will be used to determine whether work has already begun on the project.

5Disputes

If you have concerns about your project, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss the matter. We are committed to working with clients to resolve issues whenever possible, but our refund policy remains final.
