Important clarification about templates

The website templates shown on this platform are visual examples and conceptual references only. They are designed to help clients better understand possible layouts, styles, and structures.

The final website may look different from the template depending on the client's preferences, content, branding, and specific requirements. Each project is customized individually and is not a direct copy of any template.

1Company Information

BOGZONE operates as an independent small business based in the United Kingdom. For any questions, concerns, or requests, please contact us at info@bogzone.com.

2Payment Policy

To begin any project, full payment is required. This payment is a formal commitment that allows us to allocate dedicated time, start the planning phase, define the structure of the website, and begin the initial design and technical preparation. Once payment is received, work starts immediately and progress updates are provided. Additional work beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

3Changes Policy

The final website is developed based on the agreed scope and direction. Reasonable adjustments are included during the development phase. However, major changes in concept, structure, or content that differ significantly from the initial agreement may require additional time and cost.

4Client Content

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and lawful content, including text, images, and media. By submitting content, the client confirms that they have the rights to use it and that it complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

5Payment Systems

Any third-party payment systems, subscriptions, or services integrated into the website are the sole responsibility of the client. We are not liable for issues arising from external providers.

6Delivery

Project timelines are agreed upon in advance and depend on the complexity of the project and the client's responsiveness. Delays in providing content or feedback may affect the delivery date.

7No Guarantees Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver high-quality websites, we do not guarantee any specific business outcomes including but not limited to: increased traffic, sales, conversions, leads, revenue growth, or search engine rankings. Any references to potential business benefits or visibility improvements are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees of results. By purchasing our services, the client acknowledges that no promises of specific results were made and that all services are provided on a professional best-effort basis only.

8Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall our total liability to you exceed the amount actually paid by you for the services rendered. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9No Responsibility for Business Losses

We expressly disclaim any responsibility for: loss of revenue or income, loss of business or contracts, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data or content, website downtime or technical issues beyond our control, missed business opportunities, or any other commercial or economic loss. Clients acknowledge that website performance depends on many factors outside our control.

10Refunds & Cancellations

All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds are not guaranteed under any circumstances. If a refund is approved at the company's sole discretion (only before any work has started), it will be limited to the amount paid minus any administrative, preparation, or planning costs incurred. Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Once work has begun, no refund will be provided for any reason.
